The Kodeih Group is a conglomerate of several high-profile international companies with a combined net worth of nearly $500 million and employs people from within Benin and around the world.
Companies that are part of the the Kodeih group include World Link SA which specialises in mining of precious stones, Kodieh and Co. that focuses on international negotiations as well as import-export, SHRL which oversees hotel and tourism development, Petrolink SA that leads in the oil industry, furniture and textiles brand SOBA and civil engineering firm ECOREF.
Ghaby, through the Kodeih Group, has made significant contributions to the economy and creation of jobs in Benin, which has been recognised at the 5th Annual Hotelier Summit North Africa where he was awarded for his remarkable contribution to the region’s hospitality sector.

Most recently, the president of the West African Development Bank (BOAD), Christian Adovelandé has agreed to finance the construction of the final phase of Benin’s first 5-star Marriott Hotel in Cotonia, which is being developed by the Kodeih Group. This new development is set to have 202 luxury rooms, which include 18 executives suites and a presidential suite, will oversee the pristine beaches of Gulf of Guinea, and will play a huge role in boosting Benin’s tourism industry.
