Seeing businesses prosper, thrive and, more importantly, collaborate together are what motivates Dunstan Carter, who is the Director of Business at The Sharp Project, Manchester UK’s leading hub that houses over 60 businesses in the creative digital sector.
The Sharp Projects provides a workspace and a community for brands in digital marketing, film makers, innovation, graphic design, animation, CGI production, photography and videography. It has also been the home to many big name brands such as JD Sports, which is valued at £4.75 billion and Foot Asylum who in 2018 generated over £194 million.
Additionally, a number of notable projects in TV and film have also been produced in The Sharp Project, this includes the globally acclaimed BBC drama Peaky Blinders and SKY TV’s Brassic.
Through his work at The Sharp Project, Dunstan has a thorough understanding of the ever-changing landscape of the creative office space in Manchester. With this knowledge, he established The Sharp Project’s reputation as a space to create and grow your business in a collaborative environment.
Dunstan has a distinguished career in business development that spans across 15 years where specialised in account management, lead generation, digital marketing and event management. He also worked as a freelance artist where he developed original illustrations for corporations and agencies.
Prior to his role at The Sharp Project, he worked as an Expo Director for Prolific North, which is the biggest media and marketing exhibition firm in the UK outside of London, where he led the sales and marketing division. He also previously worked as a Business Development Manager at Modern-English Digital.
Dunstan has been a supportive figure in the development of IIEPD during its early stages and the IIEPD team truly appreciates his support.
